YOUTH CONNECT

GLFC 'Youth Connect' is where youth come together and connect to a positive source of FAITH,HOPE & LOVE. Through the commitment of making the effort to be present at Youth Connect, we get educated and exposed to the possibilities of trusting and believing again and through the divine guidance and affirmations that we are never alone but through God's Grace we have received forgiveness and at liberty to walk into the freedom that we have been freed with. MARRIAGE ENRICHMENT & RELATIONSHIP PERSPECTIVES

We believe in cultivating and building healthy relationship as a foundation for healthy families .A Healthy relationship is one where two independent people just make a deal that they will help the other person be the best version of themselves. The love of family and the admiration of friends is much more important than wealth and privilege and through life I've learn through the years that its not where you live but the people surround you that makes you feel at home. KINGDOM KIDS

GLFC Kingdom kids/Sunday School is where we find our foundation stage of children between ages 3 years to 12 years. This starts with the foundation kids 3-5yrs . at this level the divine values and truth of who Christ is in this world gets introduced to these kids on the level of their learning capacity. The next group is the junior kids 6-9yrs of the foundation stage followed with 10-12 yrs group preparing/cultivating the right morals and help build or installing biblical values and help shape the character if the right discipline can be applied. We believe the Bible to be the True word of God given for instruction to build and sound doctrine. Proverbs 22:6, “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it”

DISCIPLESHIP (Restoring back the LOVE relationships with God)

Discipleship is life on life. Paul wrote to the church in Thessalonica, “Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well” (1 Thessalonians 2:8). I have been a recipient of this kind of discipling relationship, and I pray you also seek out a mentor who can do the same in your life. With at least one person coaching you and encouraging you and holding you accountable, you can go farther and achieve more than you ever thought you could by yourself. If you already have that person in your life, lean in. Get intentional. Ask them to help you. If you don’t, I encourage you to pray that God sends you someone. That person may already be closer than you think. A disciple is one who is committed to live in a way that pleases God. Discipleship is the lifelong process of becoming that person who not only lives that way, but shows others how to do it also. That person must learn it, do it, and show it. That’s the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20) in a nutshell; that we make disciples as we go, wherever we go, with whomever we come into contact. It is an exciting journey full of twists and turns, but definitely worth it!
